Beechbrook Capital completes eighth investment from third UK SME fund

Beechbrook Capital has recently completed its eighth investment from its UK SME Credit III fund in ARC Building Solutions. The fund, which totals £151m, provides debt and minority equity capital to privately-owned companies based across the UK.
ARC Building Solutions, headquartered in Leeds, is a specialist provider of award-winning fire protection and thermal insulation products to the national construction market. The Company is focused on helping to deliver safer and more sustainable homes and buildings. Beechbrook, alongside existing investor Newable Capital, are backing the business to continue to build on the strong success observed to date, as management continues to focus on the execution of a strategic automation and efficiency programme and ongoing launch of innovative products for both the low-rise and high-rise markets.
